Seward Tower East is a 21-story apartment building in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis. The building offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with on-site laundry, a community room, a computer lab, and off-street parking. Advantage Services staff are on-site to connect residents with resources and programs. Seward Tower East participates in the Section 8 project-based rental assistance program; qualified residents pay approximately 30% of adjusted gross monthly income toward rent.
